This page gathers in one place the rules we follow while working. All of them were written so that you do not get “surprises” later.
1. Your accounts are yours
Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, the Meta ad account, the domain name and hosting are opened in your name or transferred to you. We work as an administrator or co-user. If you want to leave, you do not need our permission to take back the access. You can find how to check account ownership in our checklist (Turkish).
2. We do not guarantee rankings or sales
Search engines and advertising platforms are not under our control; your sector, your competitors and the season affect the result. A promise like “you will be on the first page by this date” cannot be honest. Instead we write up front what we will do, how we will measure and how the result will be read.
3. No purchased links or artificial traffic
We do not try to lift your site with methods that go against Google’s guidelines (link farms, purchased reviews, fake traffic). Even if they work in the short term, these methods leave your site open to penalties. On reviews we also have a guide on how to collect real reviews instead of buying them.
4. In reports we write the good and the bad numbers together
In the monthly report we show the falling numbers next to the rising ones. For example, when impressions grow faster than clicks the click-through rate can fall; we do not hide this, we interpret the reason. You can see examples of this in our case studies: figures are taken from Search Console, rounded, and low starting values are stated openly.
5. We write in advance what costs how much
In the quote, the service fee, extra costs (for example tool licenses, domain name, ad spend) and the contract term appear as separate items. We described how it is determined on our pricing page. There are no hidden items added later.
6. Your data does not stay with us and is not used for other purposes
We use the information you give us only to carry out the work; we do not sell it to third parties. The details are written in our Privacy Policy. We publish case studies with the client’s name hidden and with the client’s permission.
7. If we are not suitable, we say so
If your need does not match the service we offer, or if another step is needed first, we say this openly. The “Who is this service for?” section on each service page exists for this.
If something does not go well
If something is not progressing as you expected, write to us directly. We talk openly about the problem, its cause and what we will do. For our whole way of working see How we work.
