Why is digital marketing for health tourism a separate job?

A prospective patient from abroad usually researches a doctor or clinic first in their own language, then decides by looking at reviews, the doctor’s profile and how quickly the clinic replies. That is why the job is not only “running ads”: content that matches the treatment and country being searched, a clinic page that inspires trust and a communication channel that answers fast must work together.

Our office is in Ankara; we work with clinics anywhere in Turkey, including Istanbul, by video call, WhatsApp and e-mail.

What do we do?

  1. Search intent research. We determine what prospective patients search for, for which treatment, country and language, and plan pages for the queries that really have demand.
  2. Treatment and doctor pages. We write treatment processes, frequently asked questions and doctor information in a clear, verifiable and unexaggerated way (SEO for doctors and clinics).
  3. Policy-compliant advertising. We set up Google Ads and Meta campaigns according to the platforms’ health rules and clean the search terms regularly (Google Ads management).
  4. Measurement and reporting. WhatsApp clicks, forms and phone calls are reported by country and treatment; the first report states what works and what does not.
  5. Visibility in AI search. Prospective patients also ask tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini; for this see our GEO consulting.

Honest limits

We have no published case focused on patients from abroad; our two published health cases are the organic search results of doctors’ sites. In the health sector we do not promise results, and we do not suggest patient photos or before/after content. Compliance with regulation is the clinic’s responsibility; we submit texts to the clinic and, if needed, to a legal adviser for approval. For how we approach this in practice, read how to find international patients in health tourism.

How do we start?

With a free pre-analysis we compare the search visibility of your site and one competitor. Prices do not change by city or sector; they are clarified in the quote according to scope (see digital agency prices and how pricing is determined, both in Turkish).
